Hanging in Cusco, where the air is thin at 10,800 feet. It’s also a city where you take your life in your hands just by walking down the street. The city has been around since 1100, so many narrow streets and old buildings. So, narrow, in fact, that you are likely to get knocked out by someone’s side mirror if you’re not careful.
So, much history here and walking involves alot of uphill and downhill with many steps.
Had alpaca for dinner, which no, did not taste like chicken. The way the alpaca was prepared, to me, seemed more like pork. It was quite good. You have rice and/or potatoes with just about every meal here. So, yes this dish came with rice.
